Most likely there is alcohol and drunks in the stadium.
My (limited) experience is that alcohol and guns don’t mix well.
Exactly and apparently these people who agree with this dumb idea is that the difference between a stadium and say a college campus is that at the stadium everyone goes through a security screening. Thus getting guns into the stadium is difficult to say the least. Getting a gun into a classroom is a piece of cake.
