I like the winning but quickly tiring of our PEOTUS meeting with folks like Ray Lewis and Kanye West.
Donald Trump is trying to be the President of ALL the people, not just us.
It removes a very important tool from the liberal press toolbox - they cannot believably say that Trump is not consulting those who in their own opinion are qualified to speak on an issue. To do so eliminates more of their reputation and credibility. It also undermines more of their projections of Trump.
Best thing Trump can do is meet with EVERYONE. He doesn’t have to act on all their whims but as long as they talk and he listens, it’s a win.
I give you an F- on your test of political judgement.
He's meeting with "people of color" who are well known in the Black community and having them sing his praises - very smart and effective and a big part of why we are getting all the winning....
I understand, but it beats going on talk shows or late night. The sad fact is, a lot of these people influence a lot of voters. These meetings serve the dual purpose of showing the public that Trump is someone who actually considers the opinion of “the opposition”, and prevents the MSM from whining that he doesn’t “respect” other viewpoints.
