Hard to imagine that threatening electors doesn't also violate the law in every single state in which it occurs.

The question then, is also: why aren't the states pursuing this ?

New AG SHOULD tell them that they will face consequences when he has power. That should put fear into them. Also what is wrong with state police going after them.?

It’s probably a very safe bet that many of these threats cross state lines. Maybe covered by interstate commerce laws in addition to civil rights, election laws, etc. (the left loves to use ‘interstate commerce’ to cover a variety of activities).
