The TX gop done effed up allowing this snake to slither through. Though not as bad, there was that other flaky elector they had who at least resigned. Seems to me they really need to get their house in order at least where this is concerned and make sure after this their people are legit *and* loyal...can you imagine how dire this would be if Trump had won the electoral college barely/by a slim margin? Yikes.

The lesson hopefully learned by this from the gop is they better be careful about who they make electors, and also pass some rules/laws and consequences to bind them or have the option to replace them if the state doesn't already have those measures in place.
