I don’t think the Constitution provides for impeachment of the president-elect. So she must be moving to impeach Obama.

well, how’s she going to do that? I don’t think the Constitution provides for impeachment by the Senate. Impeachment is done by the House; the Senate convicts, or not. She should know this.
