I care less about Boeing taking advantage of a diplomatic situation to get a sale than about the growing foreign component of its domestically-assembled jets.
If Boeing is to continue to be boosted by the government with juicy contracts, its planes should be 100% domestic, not comprised of its “overseas partner’s contributions”...
So we are to no longer believe in free market capitalism? You do realize it’s foreign component probably employs thousands here as well in shipping, sales, brokerage, etc?
