Where ? Aleppo battle had nothing to do with ISIS. Assad's forces were fighting there, alongside Russians, Iranians, Hezbollah against Syrian opposition aka “moderate islamists”. Even under Obama, US has been doing much more to fight ISIS than Russians do.
