Maybe we need to scrap the F-35 but replace it with what? The F-20? The F-22? Maybe buy some Mig -35s from Russia? Maybe we are buying the modern version of the P-40 Tomahawk? Make it work with cheaper parts?

I'm not understanding why we 'abandoned' the F-22. Why not mod THAT instead of developing the F-35?
????? F-22 is stealthy, no? Sounds like the F-35 was just a play thing for bilking the gov't of money.
