Good question. Also, a cop assigned to anti-terror duty is not available for any other duty.
I've often thought about that in regards to the USA. FBI agents who are tracking Muslim extremists are not available to go after bank robbers, etc.

Western Civilization couldn’t be bothered to breed another generation, that is why it is importing Third Worlders/non-Westerners. Europe started decades before us, but now we’re in the same boat - trafficking (often dangerous) people here just to prevent ghost towns from covering the country.
