As long as I can’t smell the $hit, he can smoke wherever he chooses. I am just thankful that NONE of my neighbors are smokers and that we are all on 1.5 acre lots. And it isn’t “my LIb that’s showing,” it my right not to have my health impaired by some Nenderthal who’s still bent on killing himself.
