Labor Secretary Tom Perez called presidential transition questions sent to government agencies like the Energy department, seeking to identify employees who worked on climate change, against the law.
“Those questions have no place in a transition,” Perez said. “That is illegal.”
Last week, President-Elect Trump’s transition team sent the State Department a memo requesting information on its “gender-related staffing, programming, and funding.” However, the document did not request specific names of employees working on those programs.
“Will dedicated career people be targeted because they were doing the right work?” Perez said.
He said he isn’t aware of any similar “blanket questions” posed to the Labor Department.

What we had in the State Department was illegal per se. There are statutes that prohibit them from doing climate change crap on department time. There are no statutes ratifying “climate Change” which has no measurable criteria or definition and is tantamount to a religion.
The labor department was violating the equal protection clause in the 14th amendment by favoring trans gender sickos and homosexuals. You can’t do that. DRAINS THE SWAMP!!

We’ve received your letter and your concerns. Our ambitions were and remain to make this transition as smooth and efficient as possible. Sharing employees projects and the assignments they were working on is a natural and customary practice, but seeing as how you object we have turned in a different direction.
Since no one in this agency does anything even marginally important in the general scheme of things we have decided to furlough the entire division. Please leave your badges on the desk by the door as you exit.

The only questions the Left has pushed to be illegal regarding employment are those related to sex, race, criminal history etc. None have been made illegal regarding what one is working on. Perez is just another Leftist who spouts BS without knowing anything about the law and all his BS is Leftist based.

I've had bosses wanting to know the names of folks I had assigned to specific projects and how they were doing - I've also queried my own subordinates on how they were assigning tasks and who was working on what. It's what effective managers and supervisors do...
