I suggest that the following should be done: Trump can instruct his new head of the EPA to state that there is now distinct proof that the united nations building still has asbestos throughout [even after the 1998 asbestos removal work that was performed]
It is now immediately necessary to
Close the united nations building and it is anticipated that the work will not be completed until on or about Jan 23, 2020. And until Jan 23, 2020,
there will be no entry by anyone at anytime except the clean up crews.
