Just out of curiosity, what would be the grounds for impeachment? As heinous as this is and Obama is certainly a POS, he has the legal authority to pardon.
People who peddle in drugs get a second chance, a third chance, etc, etc, over a period of years. A drug dealer who finally lands a long prison term likely has a dozen arrests under his belt, and probably has never spent a single day as a productive member of society.
IOW, Barry’s kind of people.

WHAT'S TRUE: Wendell Callahan was released from prison under the terms of the Fair Sentencing Act of 2010 and was charged with murdering three people in January 2016.
So, in the lefty la-la land of SNOPES, what is really MOSTLY TRUE becomes MOSTLY FALSE. BO didn't personally pardon him, but pushed a bill through a then rubber stamp congress which did. Typical spin.

Any early-release convicts by a President should be released on a “shoot-on-sight” clause should they commit one new crime.
You missed my point. Everyone was speculating about the wife and chidren being black; which would be a hint that he might be black. At that point I raised the issue of his name being CALLAHAN; which certainly leans Irish. That’s why I asked if he really IS black. No harm, no foul.
I shouldn’t be too surprised. My mother was a Stump, Americanized from the German, Schtumpf. About 2 years ago I made friends with a black guy and was surprised when he said his last name is Stump. Things got mixed up pretty badly back in the 1800s. Now we jokingly call each other “cousin”.
The Tea party will matter again when they hold everyone to the same small govt standard. Instead they are shrill into that the “right” trillion dollar stimulus is ok. Thayer are fine with carriers bailout which will be used, in part, for automation. I bet they are loving whatever taxpayer heist is going on at sprint also. Now suddenly, they are all in for jobs created or saved... winky wink.. by the empty taxpayer wallet. Instead of taxpayer welfare to ceos, the tax rates should be addressed, as well as trimming back the employer taxation for hiring citizens. I was a big fan of the tea party principles, but they are gone.
