The Feds had no intentions of preventing it. I do believe that this was not their choice, that they were under orders from higher authority, perhaps 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, D.C. not to prevent or stop them. Because the resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue intended to use said incidents to further his agenda. His agenda? Total control of the American People.
