Tead spent around 100 days refusing to back Trump, and at one point accused Trump of being the reason for violence outside his rallies.
Tead never retracted his comments even after it would found Hillary ordered the violence.
Just how much grand-standing would Tead be doing today, if Hillary had been elected? Would Conservatism have been helped?
Tead’s strategic plan allowed him to not lift a single finger to stop Hillary Clinton from being elected.
No endorsement ever came. He finally admitted he’d vote for Trump. Heaven only knows if he actually stooped to do it, from his point of view.
What a selfish little ass-hat clown.
I support Ted Cruz. He’s one of the few people in the Congress that has any balls.
Agreed.
Well said.
Add in the disgraceful lies his campaign spread about Dr Ben Carson in Iowa and the operation Cruz ran was one of the most disgraceful I’ve seen.
A man shows his true colours in the heat of battle. I haven’t forgotten what Cruz showed us he is, and I bet President Trump has not either .
Good post. I could add a few things, but why bother. My only comment or advice for others is be very aware of those with such short selective memories and to remember, these political traitors and insiders masquerading as something else, are everywhere.
You mean going to a Trump campaign office and calling people, stumping for Trump wasn’t sufficient? Wow. He wasn’t a “NeverTrumper”, but instead, someone who personally had been hurt by Trump’s words and actions.
Going after him for not whole-heartedly endorsing him after Trump accused his father of being involved in a plot to kill a former sitting president is not wrong. It’s showing some backbone. He did eventually support Trump. But, the primary was brutal. Of all the people involved, Ted was the one who had the best reasons to not support Trump. But, he did. Unlike the traitorous Bushes.
