Apple’s innovation and imagination died with Jobs...................
I'm a big Steve Jobs fan so I see your point. And you could be right.
But Jobs came along when we didn't have computers in our homes let alone in our pockets and purses so there was plenty of room for innovation and invention.
But now we do. I have an iPad and an iPhone and a good enough Core i7 based Windows 10 PC. And they all connect to the Internet almost everywhere I go. So right now it is not clear to me why I need to replace any of these nice gadgets. I'm not as interested in going to the Apple Store as I was a few years back. I'm not sure what Steve Jobs would be working on right now that would change that.
But I wish he was still around. Maybe he could lure me back.
Yep, I agree (flame away)
I have never owned an iPhone either they are just to damned expensive, I have an android which I love, I do however own an iPad which I LOVE !!! I firmly believe that this company’s imagination and forward thinking died with Steve Jobs it is impossible to replace a persons imagination I don’t care how closely they may have worked together Cook just doesn’t HAVE IT!!!!
My thoughts were the same as yours.
“Apples innovation and imagination died with Jobs...................”
It really really really died when Jony Ive grabbed more power at Apple and some real innovation within the company was squashed. He has too much influence on products. Bottom line, he can’t fathom how people use technology. Nor do out of the box thinking such as Jobs did.
Example, the Apple watch came about because of Ive’s love for watches.
