Merge all into one. Can you imagine the Billions in duplicated administration and purchasing. Drain the swamp into a single deep pond!! If they all are going to blow crap like Russia cost Hillary the election and Benghazi and 911, They aren’t worth a damned anyway.I don’t share this adulation for this bloated bureaucracy. May all the hoaxes already imposed upon us be unraveled and debunked. We have bee living in an artificial construct of “news” and “information” that at times has only the most nebulous and tenuous relationship with reality. No lie is greater than one that contains what may be a kernel of truth, but is wrapped in so many “interpretations” that it becomes indistinguishable from a reflection in a fun house mirror.
Some gov’t organizations want to have their own intel operations so they can prioritize things their way and control analysis and distro. Granted, they don’t have the resources of some of the Big Guys, but it’s mostly for tactical intel anyway.
Bureaucracy is always wasteful.
