The anti-Trumper’s are falling into line after McConnell shot down their scheme of killing the Tillerson nomination in committee to embarrass Trump. McConnell said he would bring Tillerson to floor vote regardless of what the committee did, which Tillerson would, most likely, win even without McCain, Graham and Rubio as several democrats (Manchin, Heidikamp) have said they will vote for him.
