OK let’s try this. You say picking someone to fill the post isn’t an act of tyranny, it has to be filled. But what if the post itself is unconstitutional?
The issue was dealing with the qualities of the particular individual who was picked, not the constitutionally of the post itself.
Once again, you want to deal with the constitutionally of individual departments, that would take a different thread.

He’s something of a moderate, but does seem to have conservative instincts. Trump’s leadership matters.
