Actually, these mayors are on solid ground based on state’s rights. It’s not their fault that a corrupt federal government welcomed illegals, and they are under no legal obligation to help enforce federal laws.

As far as their overall ethics goes, they are scum sucking, corrupt swamp monsters who want to use illegals to booster and protect their corrupt system.

Apparently being "law abiding" and living according to the law and all that imputes (including being able to change laws by legal challenge within the judicial system) is no longer part and parcel of the American way? It would be hard to deport them intact to a variety of cities but there is another way. I hate the misuse of our tax money, I really, really dislike lawlessness as it is inexcusable in our country where there is relief legally from harm (though it may take awhile). I think the sanctuary cities should be divested of all tax relief and let them figure it out. And all illegals, every single one, should be deported back to their home country tout suit.
