I’m actually confused about this. Except for Texas, I didn’t think states could secede. We fought a war the last time some states tried it. Not that I would mind seeing south California go on their own, though. What makes these people think they could secede?
There is ziltch, zip , nada in the Constitution about secession. It is not unconstitutional.
