President Trump should demand McConnell to order the Senate back in session and take immediate vote on Senator Sessions as Attorney General. We cannot have people spitting in President Trump’s face like this.

Whoa! That’s brazen. I recall reading that any approval of prosecution of Hilly would have to go through two female deputies in the Justice Department, both big Hilly supporters. One was Yates.
What Trump did is absolutely Constitutional - Sessions has a major ‘drain the swamp’ project at the DOJ. Actually, so do most of the other Department heads.
As I said last night, it was a mistake to do this before Sessions was confirmed.
To not fire her is to leave Trump defenseless against all the lawsuits that have been filed. She is a political appointee who serves at the pleasure of the President. He must fire her and assert control over the DOJ. To leave her in charge until Sessions is confirmed (whenever that will be) is to allow the DOJ to be in enemy hands and doing whatever additional things to destroy the new Administration.
Bingo. Saturday night massacre.
Better plan: force the issue on Sessions. I suspect that’s been the plan all along: kill the filibuster

The acting AG should be terminated immediately for insubordination. If it turns into a Monday night massacre, so be it. This is not even a close call.

I wonder if some motivated FBI agents could find SOME federal law that this Obamanoid violated, and bring her to the attention of a friendly US Attorney to be charged with said crime. That’d ruin the rest of her legal career, as she so plainly deserves.
