I work in information technology and I can assure you there is so much money changing hands and so much collusion this is going to be very tough. The H1B’s from India usually only get about 30% of what the company pays they have a contracting company that makes the biggest part. This is really a big scam and everybody get screwed. The company that hires, The person from India, and the American worker displaced by the Indian worker.
Perhaps the Indian contract companies but anyone who works for contract gets a good sized chunk taken by the contract holder, but don’t spread the lie that their take home is any less than the American or green card IT workers. There are plenty off H1Bs employed directly by IT companies and they make as much as the rest of us.
They are often better off because the come as a package with their spouse who also gets a job. It is BS that they cannot find Americans skilled enough or that we are paid more.
Yup. SYSTIME is a big player.
