We will see this morning. The Judiciary Committee starts at 10:30 EST, supposed to be two more Rat Senators speak then vote on moving Sessions Nomination to the floor for the Conformation vote.
I am betting the Rats will not show up so Grassley Doesn’t have a quorum to proceed.
This is where McConnell could use the Sergeant at Arms to arrest some of the Rats and compel their attendance, if he had the nerve to use his authority.
The Senate Finance Committee just voted Mnuchin and Price out of committee without any Dems present. I guess the quorum rules are specific by committee and Judiciary can’t proceed without some of the Democrat Senators present, but Finance can? More details to come, undoubtedly.
