The reality is that the Court has both limited power of the Executive Branch and has overturned both federal and state laws.
Maybe Marbury v. Madison will be overturned, but I doubt it.
So, besides spouting Marbury, you can’t give me the constitutional authority where the courts have the power to overturn congressional laws.
