He is not fulfilling his duty to judge according to law and constitution, but instead judges from his views and feelings about the matter and the people coming before his court. It’s been stated in other articles he is not an unbiased judge as he and other judges should be.
You may be right, I don’t know.
But by using the word “so-called”, Mr. Trump is saying what you said, namely that Robart is duly appointed the title, but he has failed to act out the function. And that is true.
Whether it is one point for the radicals remains to be seen.

Yes, and there have been countless judges “legally appointed” by ruthless dictators throughout history. And more than a few of these “so-called” judges have sentenced political enemies to death. And this so-called judge in Washington will have done essentially the same thing should any incoming jihadist end up murdering American citizens.
