The problem, Mr. CNN Snowflake, is that the judiciary hasn't been independent for a long time. Anyone reading the plain text of the applicable law can see that Trump had every right to do what he did. The judge who issued the ruling is actually the one who threatens the Constitution, by over stepping his authority.
Yeah, let alone all the various anti-Constitutional, extra-Constitutional, and unConstitutional stuff Ebola did, he did THIS VERY THING — issued a temporary ban on travel/immigration from a specific list of countries. Where was this judge then? If he’s so sporadic he sometimes catches stuff and sometimes doesn’t, should people really be honoring his rulings???
