She didn’t say she was in favor of doing it judicially, but via Constitutional amendment. She’s just speaking to her own policy preferences (which are wrong).

She took the same oath I did when she became a judge, yet she doesn’t believe it and sure doesn’t defend it. When I took the oath, it meant something to me, not just the six years that I served, but for the rest of my life.

She’s obviously senile. Without the electoral college there is no constitutional republic. A judge that doesn’t know that should be removed for incompetence.
