Sen. McCain should not be talking about the success or failure of a mission to the media. Only emboldens the enemy! He's been losing so.......long he doesn't know how to win anymore, just look at the mess our country is in - bogged down in conflict all over the place.
Our hero....Ryan died on a winning mission ( according to General Mattis), not a "failure." Time for the U.S. to get smart and start winning again!

John “Crash” McClain is still wallowing over Trump saying that he (McCain) is .”not a war hero” during the campaign.
McCain was obviously proud of that title (however exaggerated), and Trump called him on it.
So he, and his senate wife - Linda graham - have mounted (can I say “mounted” in relation to those two) are on a perpetual Trump smear campaign, not to mention, aching to go to war with Russia.
Juan McLame and Linda Grahamnesty have both been acting pretty irrational and downright crazy since the election.
