I don’t know, but the left is so unhinged now the sooner we can get our new SC judge in there the better!

Courts are the Leftist’s main domain, especially now.
So if they must, it’s up the ladder to SC Justice Kennedy.

Seems rather unusual to announce a release ahead of time.
Not liking it because it foreshadows a 2-1 decision for the Rats.

I suspect that whatever the outcome, the "loser" will appeal for an en banc hearing of the full 9th.
