Oh, yes it will be the “B Team.” A 4-4 SCOTUS leaves the 9th Circuit ruling stand. This is horrible. “They” knew what they were doing going thru WA State and into the 9th Circ. vs. the Federal C in DC

They may be gloating now, HOWEVER when a jihadi from one of these countries KILLS Americans (and they will) WILL THEY BE GLOATING THEN or will we be having the last I TOLD YOU SO!! Believe me it is ONLY time before Americans die at the hands of these monsters, and MAYBE we will be lucky enough for a member of the 9th circuses family to be a victim of the tragedy!!!

In the meanwhile, the refugees who come in now should be sheparded directly into the neighborhoods where these judges, and celebrities, and Democrat elected officials and Democrat Attorneys General live.

Obama sent them to small towns in red states. They complained. So, Trump should show compassion by putting them in The Presidio, in Beverly Hills, in Chappaqua, and other wealthy liberal hotbeds where they will be welcomed with open arms.

The Court is essentially saying that they have the right to erase America’s borders and that any person in the world has a Constitutionally protected right to enter the US without a Visa or a passport. This is just a prelude to the “rights” these judicial assassins will discover when Trump tries to deport the illegals. America is at a crossroads: the rule of law vs. The rule of judges. The Republic’s very survival is at stake.

This wasn’t a surprise to anyone familiar with the 9th Circus. It most certainly wasn’t a surprise to President Trump. I believe he and his team is far wiser than any of the folks behind these shenanigans and coup attempts. I continue to pray for him and his administration and encourage everyone to keep it up - faithfully and regularly. Floods of Calls and actual hand written letters (snail mail) to Congress and all parties we can think of will get their attention too. And looks for ways to be pro-active to show our strength and numbers as much as possible.

We will lose.

The most impressive thing Trump does is turn losses into victories. He lost Colorado, but complained believably that it was a rigged selection, which boosted him. His losses were critical to him winning. In the primaries he was just in the pack until he railed against importing terrorists. Everyone condemned him, but then the Paris terror attacks happened, and the Orlando terrorists attacks happened, propelling him to the lead.

The same thing can happen here. While it would be a tragedy to have a terror attack from a new immigrant let in by this ruling, it would probably destroy the democrat party, not Trump. The American people are watching this. They see Trump trying to protect them, and the democrats and judges protecting the terrorists.

While we wait for the next inevitable terrorist attack, Trump has 100 federal judges to appoint, 31 red state governors appoint judges, and we can do a thousand things to help Trump.

Don’t send them to any states. If they have access to one state they have access to them all. They can go where they please once here. Eff that! Stop one stop them all.

That reminds me. Guantanamo *is* US territory, right?

If Trump had a little more balls, he'd direct that ALL immigrants from those countries be housed at govt. expense (the money coming out of the IRS budget, or HHS, or Dept. of Climate Change)...right next to Judge Robart.

Trump, put a new EO out that says you’ve secured the borders and there will be ZERO immigration into the USA until a National standard has been established by Congress.

Tomorrow, he should introduce a bill, through Sessions presenting it to McConnell, to split the 9th circuit in two, and add lots of judges to both circuits, enough so that the old libs are outnumbered. At the same time, another bill to take jurisdiction of immigration matters away from the district courts and either give it to a specific court (Texas?) or create a new court for any claims that any action is unconstitutional, and appoint judges for that and have it based in the heartland.

As judges on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals weigh the legality of President Trump’s immigration executive order, a Republican push to split up the controversial court — and shrink its clout — is gaining steam on Capitol Hill.

Republican Sens. Jeff Flake and John McCain of Arizona introduced legislation last month to carve six states out of the San Francisco-based court circuit and create a brand new 12th Circuit.

They argue that the 9th is too big, too liberal and too slow resolving cases. If they succeed, only California, Oregon, Hawaii and two island districts would remain in the 9th’s judicial fiefdom.
Right now, Flake said, the circuit is far too sprawling. “It represents 20 percent of the population — and 40 percent of the land mass is in that jurisdiction. It’s just too big,” Flake told Fox News on Wednesday. “We have a bedrock principle of swift justice and if you live in Arizona or anywhere in the 9th Circuit, you just don’t have it.”

Flake says it typically takes the court 15 months to hand down a decision. “It’s far too long,” he added.

Conservatives have mocked the 9th Circuit for years, often calling it the “Nutty 9th” or the “9th Circus,” in part because so many of its rulings have been overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Under Flake’s bill, the new circuit would cover Nevada, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Arizona and Alaska, leaving the 9th with three Pacific states as well as the Northern Mariana Islands and Guam.

A separate House version introduced by Rep. Andy Biggs and four other Arizona Republicans would leave Washington state in the 9th Circuit.

Exactly. This decision just asserted the Judiciary’s primacy over both the Executive and Legislative Branches. This cannot be allowed to stand under any circumstances!

I agree that there’s no hurry to change immigration policy. We’ve had the “open” policy for years. A few more months won’t be catastrophic.

I’m for Trump feeling his way forward and abiding by court rulings.
