NO! They do not. They have only the power that the congress assigns to them.

The courts have no power to grant judgements in favor of aliens; that power has been specifically absent in all of congress’ legislation.

So the constitution assigns the Judicial Branch no power? I guess the constitution doesn’t matter in your book.

From Article III.

The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;—

As you can see it clearly says the Laws of the United States.
