While almost everyone laughs at the Ninth Circus' 80% reversal rate, those far-Left justices bide their time waiting for a Hillary POTUS to stack SCOTUS with like-minded radical, far-Left justices.

That’s the thing. Only a small percentage of any appeals court’s opinions make it to SC review. Since experience demonstrates 80% of the time the 9th rulings are subject to review, they are wrong. There’s no reason to think their un-reviewed opinions are any more correct. But those un-reversed, 80% wrong opinions are the foundation of change the extremists need to keep destroying the American we are owed. The influence of especially THIS district has to be minimized.
