Looks like the meme for the day is The Ninth Circuit uber alles. I do believe that I’m going to miss this spectacle and spare both my patience and Grandma’s TV set. (again)

I haven't heard anything about the disposition (or assignment) of the DoJ's lawyer dismally representing DjT's position in that telephone hearing with the 3 judges.

He was handed the job at the last minute, but seemed like he sided with the opposition. Given all the miscreants in Justice, nothing would surprise me, but it looked like sabotage.

Has anyone heard anything definitive ?
