Since we’re buying into the idea of ancestral guilt, I demand that any and all reparations be forwarded to my people for their centuries of enslavement by Africans. The lasting legacy of slavery at their hands is evidenced by our relative population sizes.

I’ve said this for years, but any self respecting black person should be insulted and appalled by the very premise of affirmative action, let alone its implementation.
I got my BSEE there in 1966-1970 and my MBA 1975-1977, when the UW was still a reputable institute of higher learning.
Now it is cess pool of propaganda and indoctrination, far from its dedication to “The fearless sifting and winnowing” it was established as a goal.

I say go for it. FREE tuition based for these poor oppressed souls. Throw in housing, healthcare, food, laptop, smartphone and books too. Maybe a brand new car to get back and forth. Come on all you privileged Wisconsin residents, start writing those checks!
Let us know how it works out. When the time comes, I’ll continue to plan on sending my kids to a school they need to compete to earn a place to be in. If scholarships are not available they will be expected to WORK to pay off whatever loans are taken. They will walk away from college better prepared for life- not because of bullshit claims of privilege,but because they started out expecting NOTHING and having a drive to earn EVERYTHING.

Nowadays the system is being dumbed down to the point where anyone can and does attend.....I remember when school was actually sort of a challenge.
Time to up the standards and requirements and make a college degree meaningful again.
If you want to give another person free tuition, you can do so by paying for it yourself.
