How is it that on its own an agency under the executive part of the government can go to court without the backing of the administration? This shows on its face that this is a rogue organization and it should be eliminated.
Sounds loony right? It’s the stupidest thing in the history of the American government. An Agency without oversight by anyone, anywhere, the President can’t even fire Cordray.
