It can't be that hard to find some of these people.

What I would do is in each department is have my people punch a few computer keys and make lists of anyone who had been hired in the last eight years.

Then I'd get me a few mean interviewers and start calling them in on the carpet about fifty a day and give them a screening they would not believe.

You got to get them out of their secure mode.
