I think it’s a good idea. That university would be totally destroyed in one semester.
Universities are all about the money (endownment). Colleges are routinely admitting more out of state students with their higher tuition fees than in state students. Scholarships are rare, but expensive student loans are commonplace. It is a money making business. How many black students will get admitted if they don’t pay tuition?
