The funny part is that while he was testing you to see if you were what he wanted in a tenant, he revealed that he was not what you wanted in a landlord.
That was the funny part - he went from looking like Santa Claus to a twisted smile off kilter with the flickering light of rage glinting in his eyes...how did I not notice they were asymmetrical until he took his mask off?
