So no language should have a structure because it changes over time? There are to be no rules that defines nouns and verbs and where they are placed in a sentence? This is sheer stupidity.

Although language changes over time, English has been quite consistent since about the beginning of the eighteenth century. Just read the Federalist or any eighteenth century novel, like Tom Jones and you'll find it entirely comprehensible. That is because the grammar and vocabulary have stayed quite consistent over the years, even though many newer words have been added to the language since the eighteenth century.

Boy, I guess THEY feel real stupid for the time\$$ for their ‘degree’. Since it doesn’t matter, no need for directors/staff/tutors, I guess have turned in their resignation(s), no?

This is sheer stupidity.
Frequently, that's a big part of their problem. Combine it with little to no home structure and the influence and voila! The language of the 'hood is born.
