She was not operating in the capacity of a lawyer so how could the Bar have jurisdiction over this?
I have no idea, but maybe this is why when lawyers get involved with politics they let their law license go.
I know they are just trying to grasp at straws but the process itself sounds like it will be a distraction for her if nothing else comes of it.
