VX is not necessarily binary.
One method of mixing it from two components creates “Binary VX”.
But VX is VX.

My understanding is that VX is a clear oily substance at room temperature (it is also odorless). It’s deadly because it does not evaporate that easily and can be absorbed through the skin. This means that once could -theoretically spray (or simply drop) a very small quantity onto the skin of someone. It would be enough to kill them several times over.
