I disagree- for the reasons i stated- owning slaves was a ‘social stigma’ tat the government took over- While it was a violation of human rights- so isn’t allowing rapists access to victims by allowing men to use their showers dressing rooms and bathrooms- Government has a responsibility to protect people- our government is not only shirking their duty to do so, but they are creating a more dangerous environment as well
Businesses have to be very very careful that they don’t do things to endanger their workers- yet our government is apparently exempt from this same requirement because they are ENCOURAGING violent acts against women and children
Massachusetts is so damned despicable and dangerous that they passed a law allowing KNOWN sex offenders the ‘right’ to use women’s bathrooms
This isssue isn’t simply a social stigma issue=- it is an issue that affects the safety of our women and children
A social issue would be something like covering up porno magazines in public places of business, or keeping cigarettes out of sight of minors in stores etc=- This ‘transgender issue’ is farm ore dangerous- it opens the doors to showers, changing rooms, locker rooms, and bathrooms of women and children to ANY pervert who claims ot be the opposite sex solely to exploit this travesty and act on their perversions-
Laws have to promote “public virtue” to be Just (constitutional). There is no removal of Right Reason and Natural Law allowed in an American Law. We are not based on Stalin’s constitution of irrationality where boys can pretend to be girls, etc. Removal of Reason and Science from a “Just” Law is evil law.
We have removed our Constitution and Rule of Law (Higher Law) for Rule of obama and perverts-—to destroy culture, destroy the institution of marriage, and the Natural Family so children are all emotionally disturbed and immoral—because Vice collapses civil society.
Without Virtue, there is no Freedom or possibility of a free Republic. Cultural Marxists who took over our universities and created curricula like Common Core deliberately destroys the virtue formation of children. The APA was taken over by Marxists by 1970 to flip our Justice System and make it into a Vice System, to force irrationality and perversions on us-—it to destroy Justice (virtue). They use pseudo-psychology to force insanity on us-—to make the Sane into pariahs.
It is all to collapse our culture. We need to bring back the Constitution, Objective Truth (God), Rule of Law (Higher Law) and throw out the evil, irrational moral relativism of Marx.
