Not necessarily a lie.If you think about it it's easy to believe that one kid in 137 in that age group hates his/her life.Ask a boy like that if he thinks he's a girl and he might say yes.Ditto asking a girl if she thinks she's a boy.But remember,that same kid is just as likely to tell you that he/she is the King/Queen of Spain.

It's called garden variety mental illness.
