The question is, why would we import masses of people with a 7th century mindset, many of whom want to slit our throats or blow us up? And as soon as they get here they start complaining that we don’t adopt their barbaric practices. Why should I support that, Pres. Arbusto?
Well, now we know he wanted to get as many of them here as possible. That’s why he was always so tone deaf on the issue.
