I say call for volunteers with construction experience & find places for them to park their RV’s & travel trailers. Set up Military mess tents to feed them, and use military cooks to do the jobs oof feeding everyone.
Work 24/7 if they can, using klieg lights.
When the Santa Monica Freeway in Los Angeles was damaged in 1994, C C Myers worked his crews 24/7 and used portable lights. The freeway was rebuilt UNDER budget & UNDER time.
He called for construction crews to come & help from all over the country-—AND THEY DID!!!
That’ll solve a lot of problems.
