Give each one of these companies a section of the wall to build simultaneously and get the darned thing built quickly. The problem would be getting massive amounts of concrete and American rebar,I-beams, etc. to the sites in a timely manner. The mobile home, RV folks will have to get cranked up too, to house the crews.
Have the illegals make stabilized compressed earth blocks on their way to be deported.

Lots of prelim work needed before they even begin securing ROW or land. The western side
from El Paso to the Pacific will be easier than the Eastern portion.

Supply chain for this effort will be relatively easy provided no storms pass through. I think the challenges will be logistics for resourcing, housing and food. But then again, I would almost be certain that ranchers would be more than willing to cough up some acreage for a couple of years in return for a nice stipend.
Anyone know some good concrete and cement mixer companies to buy stock in?
I say call for volunteers with construction experience & find places for them to park their RV’s & travel trailers. Set up Military mess tents to feed them, and use military cooks to do the jobs oof feeding everyone.
Work 24/7 if they can, using klieg lights.
When the Santa Monica Freeway in Los Angeles was damaged in 1994, C C Myers worked his crews 24/7 and used portable lights. The freeway was rebuilt UNDER budget & UNDER time.
He called for construction crews to come & help from all over the country-—AND THEY DID!!!
