At the beginning of the primary season, the Huffington Post infamously consigned coverage of Donald Trump's campaign to its entertainment section. So it was striking that on today's Morning Joe, it was HuffPo's Sam Stein who chided his fellow liberals for refusing to acknowledge the obvious: that President Trump gave a good speech last night [see Stein's tweet, below.]
Stein's take was echoed across the panel. Mark Halperin called it Trump's best speech ever, an assessment shared by Chris Cillizza. Joe Scarborough, who has been very tough on Stephen Miller, gave him high marks for writing such a good speech. Michael Steele heard echoes of Ronald Reagan. Bob Woodward suggested that Trump commanded the room in ways that even Reagan, Clinton and Obama had not.

For many their notion of Trump was largely a fiction built from commentary and snippets of speeches taken out of context. Faced with an in-context speech of Trump articulating what he has always articulated they have the illusion that he has changed his content.
Woodward trying to give Clinton and Obama equivalence to Reagan. Sheesh.
The only thing that would have improved the “stark contrast” in the chamber last night would have been for the RAT whores to have swapped their “Mormon Tabernacle Choir Outfits” for Vagina costumes.

Everybody had a field day with that.
It was the same great speech he always gives with a few minor tweaks. So apparently this is the first time some have actually listened to Trump speech.
I think his delivery was MUCH smoother.
It was yuuugely smooth.

The ONLY REASON the Leftist media is admitting the speech was good is because the speech was not filtered through the media. The public saw the entire speech.
What President Trump said last night was not that different from what he has been saying the entire time. Again the ONLY DIFFERENCE was the public ACTUALLY saw it.
The enemy media knows this, and now pretends they like it. Don’t believe for one second the cockroaches in the enemy media like it. They are just covering their butts.
