That is a possibility and was mentioned earlier here of FR. Let us also not forget that Rudy Giuliani was hired by Trump for Cybersecurity. Plenty of possibilities out there as to where Trump got his information.
Giulliani would be someone who knows a lot about the corruption in the Obama Administration, if nothing else, probably from his contacts in the NYPD. He would suspect that Obama would pull something dirty, and the people who were hired to conduct cybersecurity would be looking for bugs or other signs of surveillance. Hopefully his team was good enough that they warned Trump to be careful because he might be under surveillance.
Yep, I remember hearing Trump say back during the campaign (or maybe it was during the debates) the the only secure way to do something is to have a face to face conversation or send a paper note that someone will read.
As a computer guy, I kinda believe that to. It’s pretty much impossible to completely trust these boxes we carry around.
