McCarthy says there is no evidence Trump was surveilled. Not so. The transcript of General Flynn was accurate or he never would have been fired. Flynn was IN Trump tower as was reported yesterday.
Therefore, Trump (trump tower) was under surveillance by the Obama regime.

Unless President Trump can restore the rule of law, I doubt that decent Americans will make that mistake the next time around. If they think the limp-wrist protests of those who live in Mommy's basement and the riots of black bloc anarchists are resistance, they haven't seen anything yet.
I pray that President Trump will repair the system. If not, this will get uglier than America has seen in 152 years, or perhaps ever. It won't be symbolic pink hats that mark our outrage over the thugs and terrorists of the Ctrl-Left if this is not fixed permanently in the next eight years.

Trump has Rogers at the NSA....Rogers staged an unusual meeting with Trump where he did not inform his direct boss that he was going to Trump tower. I suspect this is how Trump found out about these taps. Expect Rogers to pop up soon in all of this.
Interesting, yes. But not shocking. The Media is like a domesticated animal now -- one that is used to being fed & stroked by the Democrats. Generally they don't do real reporting or develop real stories anymore. They don't have the budgets for it on the print-side. And TV? Well that's all about ratings, gossip & rumor.

I am not reading anywhere the possibility that the Flynn transcripts were intercepted by the NSA and leaked to the press.
I don’t believe this would be happening without Saturday’s tweet.
That tweet has triggered the unraveling.
I thought it was assumed back then that the surveillance of the Flynn call was done at the Russian end. Wouldn’t that be a standard approach for any national security operation? I’m sure the NSA or some other group in the U.S. government has every foreign embassy in the U.S. under this sort of surveillance.

Flynn called the Russian ambassador from the Trump tower and the press has a transcript of the call.
How on earth can they claim that there was no wiretap?
It’s interesting what nobody bothered to ask about FISA warrants when the Flynn story came up.
There was no need for FISA because:
The intercept wasn't done by NSA? What if it was done instead by GCHQ? Then, via cooperation with the Obama Administration, it was shared with the USA.
Makes all this bluster about "we didn't authorize a wiretap" (which is an obsolete term anyway) kind of a moot point.
Check out Lou Dobbs show from last night with Judge Napolatano. The NYT article in January that got the whole Flynn thing going said they were given them. They should have never been recorded or at the very least transcribed when he was speaking.

it was odd that the president chose to tweet the one allegation in the whole mess that appears insupportable — viz., that President Obama had had candidate Trump wiretapped.
It is not odd at all.
By doing it the way he did, President Trump forced the Obama Administration to go on the defensive (and on a weekend). From the scrambled messages being put out it is clear they did not have time to get all their talking points in order.
Some of the defenses put out appeared to be contradictory.
Also, the media has to now talk about the possibility that someone was intercepting messages from President Trump and until they can prove otherwise, many will assume it was Obama’s DOJ and or NSA.
President Trump can not go back to Making America Great Again.
What the government should do and what they actually do are two different things. We've seen so many shenanigans from various people in government through the years to make it our default position to think they routinely lie, cheat, steal, and sometimes even murder (Waco and Ruby Ridge being prime examples of the latter).
